The fit and finish of the griddle insert are first rate. The instructions for use are also on point. I have done mostly breakfast on the griddle and it worked great for us. It did require a few new utensils for griddle cooking such as spatulas and oil and water bottles. I look forward to trying some other meals on the griddle, such as smash burgers.

What a fantastic purchase. Wish I bought a griddle years ago. We have used it for pancakes, bacon, hash browns, fried rice, smash burgers and more. Put a little butter on your burger bun and press for about 20 seconds - so yummy!

This thing is an absolute game changer! I’m a Weber kettle or smoky mountain guy. I have eight- CHARCOAL FOR LIFE!! But, the house we bought came with a Spirit 330 as part of the outdoor kitchen. After months of it sitting there unused, I bought this flat top, and WOW. It was pretty well seasoned out of the box, distributes the heat evenly, and was exactly what this gas grill needed. My only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner!! I’ve been using it several times a week now when I would’ve used my cast iron pan inside and love it.
