I’ve been a loyal Weber grill chef for 50+ years. I own a company that sells high end pellet smokers, but Weber products are the best. I own two kettles and a Genesis 400 Series gas grill. I recently purchased a griddle inserts for my Genesis after cooking on my son-in-law’s flat top (branded). The Weber gets hotter quicker, cleans easier, and cooks more evenly than the branded flat top previously mentioned. I can cook a dozen smash burgers with onions, or a dozen split chicken breasts in minutes. The flavor is amazing, and overall, this insert is a better value!

I have been researching getting a flat top grill, when I saw this advertised on FB. I decided to splurge and ordered one. Cleaning it was my biggest reservation, but it is easier than I imagined. Hash browns come out so much better than in our electric skillet. Just made a large batch of carne asada, so good.

I wanted a griddle but don't have the room. This makes it the right solution. Fits on as advertised and easy to season. I've done multiple cooks with a variety of foods from breakfast, lunch and dinner. All turned out great. Now, if I could only get the carry bag which is unavailable now going on a couple of weeks, I'd be even happier.

This was the single most popular purchase for my home this year, so far. It's very versatile and my wife loves to cook on it. I had to purchase a spare propane tank because we use it so much. We like the grates to cook on, but this is a serious game changer. We can cook any meal on this griddle. It's only been two weeks and it's well seasoned. Great investment, great idea, and great design.

I really enjoy this griddle and use it all the time. Fit into my Spirit 315 series perfectly gets real hot and now I can cook things like pancakes, bacon, diced onions and all kids of things that would fall through the grills. Large and heavy duty carbon steel that cleans easy. Glad I purchased the perfect fit Weber product instead of aftermarket which would be set on top of grill plates.

This griddle is amazing, well seasoned even when new, plenty rugged without being too heavy, and heats quickly. I previously owned a large griddle that sat on top of the grates and this is far superior. It fits well so it doesn't move at all when cooking, it sits lower and closer to the burners so it heats more quickly and evenly. I have been using this griddle to cook everything this summer!!
