This thing is amazing. Smash burgers, grilled chops, chicken fried rice, and more meals are fantastic on this griddle. It’s heavy but an excellent cooking surface. Highly recommended. Not rusting and follow instructions for first use.

This cook top is the best investment we have ever bought. We use it for all our grilling needs. We don’t even take it off to cook steaks as it sears the steaks perfectly and wipes off so easily when done cooking. I have heard so many complaints about griddle surfaces rusting and all the maintenance needed to keep them ready to use when needed. This griddle surface never needs any of that maintenance. Just scrape it down after cooking and rinse with water. Wipe clean and you’re ready for the next time.

the griddle works great! we have made bacon (perfect and no mess), smashburgers, sausage, steel head trout, and veggies. heats up quickly and puts a nice sear on steaks, fish, etc. we started with the bacon and burgers, as recommended. only used oil with the veggies and fish. very easy to clean as well.
