This product is really interesting. It records the activities of my cute cat. We all like it, but it is a pity that it cannot be recorded on the whole family's mobile phones. It seems that only one mobile phone can be used.
At the same time, cat doesn’t like eating stale food. Sometimes she eats less, not as much as manual feeding each time.

We had a different automatic feeder for a couple of years and it stopped working. So the time came for a new one. We like to surprise the kitties with snacks while we're at work or away. The duel hopper is great, we have food on one side and snacks on the other. Tha camera is so much better than our previous feeder. And I love the metal bowl, plastic bowls are just bad. It freed up space on my phone as well. The other feeder had its own app, but this feeder shares the same app as our litter box. So far a very positive experience.

Dual feeder pretty good except one thing…

I use to have the petkit mini which was very good. Both were simple to set up once you download the app. I love that you can set a feeding schedule and it had a bunch of cup sizes to choose. This new dual feeder is very cool (two kibbles) however, it does not have the cup sizes like the other. It only says like portion 1,2,3 etc… 1 portion from 1 of the hoppers is already quite big. So I can't even have both come out at the same time to mix because that would be way too much! I'd you have two cats then this would probably work. So I rotate. The company needs to adjust the settings to have the same cup sizes as the mini.

This product has saved me so much time.! Although the cleaning can take quite a while. Its for sure worth it. However if we could link all PETKIT cameras I'm home to PETKIT care plus account/membership. Instead of having to purchase multiple.

And I do not regret! This is one of the greatest inventions in my life. Due to my work I could not properly feed my girls in time. With this device, now I can see when they eat, how they eat and how much they eat. Automated feeding is the blessing! For now, I have only 2 proposals: 1. I could not set recommended feeding in Automated Feeding feature. It would be great if the app allowed me to do that. Also, it would be great to set more than 1 pet food type (so I can set more than 1 flavor of the same food). 2. The app UI is too difficult, I could not underst What I can and what I cannot do._x000D_

Perfect for my needs

Honestly, this device is perfect for me. Back up battery operated, the lid and food bucket is all very secured down, the camera is very clear and easy to access. I work extended hours so it's nice knowing I can check in._x000D_
The added feature of highlights/playback is kind of cool but I don't intend to use it unless I'm going to be gone on vacation.
