I have been using these earbuds for about 3 weeks daily Mon-Fri. The sound quality is not that great, answering calls is easy, hanging up is not. I like them because i can connect to 2 devices at the same time. Im a gadget person, so i think the case is kinda cool, but you can do the same functions from your phone. I have many, (5), other JBL products i Love, expected the same from the Earbuds, especially, with the price point. I am pretty disappointed and would not purchase them again.

Nice pair of buds and case - but read the manual!

It's nice to be able to change some settings on the case rather than just in the app. I haven't used it much yet, but it has worked well for calls, which was my main reason for getting this.
Note: Make sure to read the manual when initially pairing it, as these buds (and case) will not be visible as a device to pair with your phone or computer unless you've removed the little plastic pieces on each of the earbuds.

Good but not the greatest

I bought it 3 weeks ago and it just came in last weekend, the sound quality it lovely, when I try to max the volume it seems 15 is louder than 16 no matter what I try. The spatial audio isn’t the greatest. There’s an echo with the Spatial Audio but other than that it’s been a good set of earbuds.

Best headphones they make

I bought these after my other pair was stolen, as mad as I was about spending more money I couldn’t be happier with these headphones. The fit is awesome and the sound quality and ease of use is much better than my other pair!

Music playback is great; phone calls not so much.

I have had these for over 6 months now. Continuously receive complaints from the parties on the other end that the background noise is overwhelming. It seems that the noise canceling does not perform well for the other party, which is truly disappointing for the price I paid. I have owned numerous JBL BT earphones over the years and seriously contemplate this as my last purchase.

We advise that you begin by performing a factory reset of your unit and then testing its functionality. Reset procedure for JBL Tour Pro 2: With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again.
