[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (1 month into owning) fridge looks great, performs well, keeps food fresh, and is very spacious. It’s a 4/5 star for me. The only issue I can see some folks having is the fridge can be a bit loud, like a hum noise which isn’t on 24/7 but intermittently for 10-15 minutes several times per day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great look, nice size, disappointed with the rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the space, but very disappointed with how much noise the ice make and water make. In addition the stainless steal Easley marks up with. Water stain and does not come off. One would expect a better fridge for the price. Buyers remorse and feel like I should have paid the extra $700-$1000 for Wolf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very well built appliance. It is sturdy in every sense. It is very attractive in our kitchen. Being the fridge is counter depth it is more shallow than we expected which does limit what can be put in and how much can be stored.
The control panel is simple to use. The ice maker & water dispenser are perfect for what we need and how we use the fridge. The fridge fits very well in our kitchen.
The Kitchen Aid website & support to register the fridge has been fantastic. Overall job well done.

Poor user manual and information

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Fridge so far only problem is the user manual is poor. It is not clear on how to set the temperatures and did not come with a guide. I called and they sent me the same single sheet that did come with it. I found information your site which is in the form of videos and not downloadable. The CSR said she was not aware of that information, she sent only what she had. The web info did not describe or show the temperature setting process or explain what "looping is"
I would recommend this to a friend!
