Beautiful Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kitchenaid Fridge in 15 years. The first is still working and looking beautiful but it was included in the sale of our home. I am expecting this new fridge to be as beautiful and reliable. I can keep fresh food longer. There is more than enough shelving for me. I love to cook and entertain so being able to have a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables on hand. I love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago, the design, size, and function are outstanding. The single issue is the noise when the water is dispensed for drinking, or when the ice maker fills with water; it is excessive. For the cost, it seems like a better solenoid or noise-dampening wrap should have been used. The noise is loud enough I have considered returning and purchasing a different brand.

Annoying occasional loud rattling noises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this frig last month. It is very nice inside and outside. However, once or twice a week it can get very noisy. A rattling sound. We have had a technician out four times now. They've replaced one of the fans, no luck. It actually is worse now. Louder. Quiet most of the time, but when this happens, it's annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice upgrade over our old Viking !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the refrigerator has been a nice upgrade over our Viking unit we replaced. The soft lighting is a nice touch and there seems to be much more usable freezer space. The only issue we have so far is the solenoid for the water inlet is quite loud, we plan on calling customer service.

New 48" built in unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My prior Kitchenaid refrigerator with incandescent light bulbs was much brighter inside. There should be brighter LED lights or more of them inside the fridge and freezer.
There is a lot of heat under the door seals which the prior unit never had. Is this normal or is there a problem with my unit?
