[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sliding drawers are a bit flimsy and do not move in and out smoothly plus they are less than ideal height for large vegetables or other items.

We renovated our kitchen 4 year ago and have had terrible luck with our Kitchenaid refrigerator and microwave. Out 25 year old GE is still going strong in our basement

The refrigerated is terrible! Do not buy this product. It makes 8 pieces of ice every day! I am returning this subpar product and going with a competent.

Not worth the money

I upgraded to this model in my new condo. Moved in Oct 2023, the panel stopped working the end of January 2024. Waited 2 months for a new one, and after numerous calls to Kitchenaid, I had one shipped from USA (so now I have a USA model in F not C ). The panel worked after that, but we also had noticed almost immediately upon first using the fridge that everything moulds quickly. Once unwrapped, cheese goes bad and extremely mouldy within a week when in the meat compartment, pasta salads made with olive oil freeze on the top shelf., when I asked the repairman about the mould when he changed the panel out , he said make the fridge colder. Now everything freezes in the fridge.
Over the past 40 years I have had various models of fridges. My LG fridge would keep cheese for weeks after being opened. Meat uncooked goes bad very quickly also. This fridge was extremely expensive and I am not happy with it. Other units in our condo that have the same fridge have the same complaints.

It did not come with a homeowner manual - maintence and operation instructon.
Currently, the ice/water dispense is "lock" and we can not adjust.
Freezer temperature is at 18 and increasing getting warmer.
vegtables in the drwaer are icee. Repari is scdeudle on Fruday, October 4th.
