Will not buy another KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day I put food on the top shelf it froze and burst a can and glass bottle sending kombucha and sparkling water down the back wall. I've blocked an area in front of vent to avoid freezing. Temps are at factory settings. When removing the plastic tape on drawers the black arrows leached onto the metal. I don't like that there is only one place to pull out the big drawer instead across the whole bar. Now I have be conscious of hand placement every time. The edges of the shelves are extremely sharp and have scratches to prove. I don't like the door closure. I have to push it closed instead of continuation of motion. It has a sound like an old phone ringing. About 2/day. Weird. All these issues I thought I paid to avoid at this price I'm sure I will not be buying another KitchenAid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Product and Customer Service

I purchased this refrigerator expecting a panel-ready, seamless look as advertised on the website and as sold to me in person. Upon installation, it became clear that the model is not seamless. Despite repeated contact with customer service, I was assured the issue was with installation. After multiple service attempts, an engineer confirmed the refrigerator is not seamless, as the panels protrude.
Even with this confirmation, customer service refused to provide a resolution. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and dismissive responses have been deeply disappointing and eroded my confidence in your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a result of this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be purchasing any products from your company in the future. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service approach.
