Too soon to give a good review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On Day 10 after installation we found that the food and ice in the freezer were thawing/melting and the refrigerator was warm and I placed a service call - on a Friday morning so the earliest a tech could come out was on Monday. A new fan was ordered and it's scheduled to be installed in 2 days. That's 18 days after the part was ordered. There was a holiday weekend for a very small part of the delay...we need to have our new refrigerator and freezer working again and to be reimbursed for the food we need to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Design holds lots of food in refrig and freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I. Do like the 42 inch built in refrig. The only question I have is the temperature in the freezer is all over the place. Sometimes it is 20 or 15 below zero and then it will climb to above 0 and then take a dive again to 15 below. Zero. I haven’t requested a repair yet just watching to see if it settles down.

Best Built In - Matches Other Stainless Appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built-in works for my kitchen while other brands didn't offer the size seeded. Had an earlier version from 2007. The ice maker in the door takes some getting use to; the additional baking rack features is not necessary for me; enjoyed the larger refrigerator door storage however less flexibility with other door racking
