The Long Wait that was worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this model 18 months ago. Due to parts and production it took a while to be delivered.It was really worth the wait. It fits perfectly in the original KitchenAids spot we bought 23 years ago. I Love It!!

Excellent solid product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This built in refrigerator is an excellent product. I had the older version which lasted 18 years and was still going strong, but wanted to update to the latest model that matches the other KitchenAid appliances we have. It actually seems more roomy than the old model even though it’s the same size, but has better shelving layouts. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice looking refrigerator however it is not the product I thought it would be as a top of the line Kitchenaid appliance. It takes four days for the ice bucket to refill. The produce drawers seem flimsy. The ice dispenser is noisy and the machine makes odd chirping sounds a few times a day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It makes the ice as promise and it is beautiful

The ice bucket was full in 3 days as the instructions promised. Just press the max freeze button, do not open the door often, be patient and the bucket will be full at the end of the 72 hours. Lucky, I did not have the issues with the ice maker other customers had. It is beautiful and silent.

Minor imperfection

The unit operated as expected for the first month but then developed a small leak
In the ice maker. Service was called and the leak was fixed. The problem may be related to improper installation at the factory. Other than the fridge making weird
sounds while making ice all else is fine.
