[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This case looks nice and does a good job of protecting the tablet from small bumps and scratches. I don't know how well it would hold up to drops and I have no intention of testing that any time soon. However, that may be out of my control as the surface of the case is quite smooth and does not allow for a decent grip when holding the tablet on one flat hand while in use. Some kind of grippy texture would be nice. Sitting on a flat surface, it does well at holding the tablet upright or tilted slightly up while flat, but only in landscape mode. There is no option to support the tablet in portrait mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big tablet for a small price. Seems to be the largest tablet on the market at the most affordable price. The screen pops and the speakers are excellent. First time using an Android tablet, so there's been a learning curve there and using Android apps, but overall this has been a solid purchase. I got it to use as a sheet music reader at gigs, but now that I have it, I'm sure I'll find other uses for it.

Had a pen cut out on the back for the pen to stick. Traveled recently and in a backpack the case held up perfectly fine. Nothing fancy but works great for normal use.
