[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth replacement case I've gotten from them they never lay flat... Clearly some type of manufacturing error. You can press down on it and it will bump right back up 5 seconds later. It's sad because their case has the best pen holder on the back or the pen actually doesn't fall out.
