[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a standard design, based on so many other manufacturer's cases. It functions about the same, made from the same materials. It's not an extraordinary folio case, but then again, it's a folio case. No keyboard, touchpad or storage. It WILL keep the tablet safe from drops and it WILL prop up your tablet when viewing. I've used cases like this in the past and have found that this model of case, does seem a little "floppier" than others, in terms of the front covers' ability to lie flat against the screen, as there are times where the tablet will come back on because of a less than positive closure against the screen. I was pleased with the way the case has a tight fit against the corners to keep the tablet in place, with any significant distress to the connection points. The case can be easy to clean off, if needed but eating potato chips and then grabbing the case may leave marks that are a challenge to clean off. One major design "flaw" I saw and still experience is the ability to protect the pen, on the back of the tablet. The pen, while secured via the strong magnet built in, is still exposed through the folio case...basically the case has a hole, in order to grasp the pen and remove or replace, but no further coverage for the pen, so be careful how you grab your tablet, as the pen can release from its emplacement. I suppose you can get used to it, but I will call out Lenovo for not considering better pen coverage, such as how Samsung handles their pen emplacement, via a rear flap that has a built-in cradle for their pen. All in all, having a case, is always advisable and will protect the tablet and for the most part, the pen as well.

I started by trying to buy a knockoff case from a Chinese retailer and it was a terrible fit. I ended up getting a Lenovo one instead and the higher quality is immediately obvious and the the fit is perfect.
