Good value good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product and the noise level is minimum. Do have to go over several times to get all the spots. Hold charge well and did not irritate my skin. I am a razor user and probable will keep that up.

We're sorry to hear this, as our Braun shavers do go through many quality checks to ensure that you can get the best possible experience. It's important to note that it can take up to 3 weeks for your skin to adjust to a new shaver. If you have had your shaver for a while, it is also important to replace the foil and cutterblock at least every 18 months. As well, we suggest making sure to use a gentle touch while shaving, and that it's being held at 90-degree angle.
