Works good, and it is an Amana!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a stove, I don't need anything too fancy, so I found this one. The oven door has a good seal and stays closed, unlike the old one I had that would sit open slightly and let the heat out. The burners on the stove top are big enough to heat my large frying pans, they get hot pretty quick, and cool down pretty quick when it's turned off.I know I could have bought a stove with all the ' bells and whistles ', but I don't need anything like that, I am very happy with what I purchased, and it works great! It was also fairly lightweight, so it was easy to move and install!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the stove about three months ago, but having installed it, I removed the bottom tray and looking at the inner walls of the stove. They were all coated with rust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent no frills stove. It works great for canning! It heats evenly and quickly, and it’s been a great addition to our kitchen. My only complaint is there is no oven light.

Good price

I just purchased a month ago. Good price! I liked that it didn't have glass in the door, easy to clean, can't ever really see through them anyway! I wish it had a timer, and a notice that the oven is heated, and ready at correct temperature, silly not to have these! The stove, otherwise, works great!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s Affordable & Functional, but that’s it…Large inside, but It never dawned on me that an oven wouldn’t have a click or Timer either…Sats “Glass Front” but solid white, so confusing. Doesn’t Light up inside so can’t see good.

How to use unclear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Amana a few weeks ago and noticed that sometimes the heating elements on the top of the stove turn off. so I'll be cooking and adjust the setting from like 5 to 3 and come back and it's no longer hot. I put it back on 5 and it heats back up..I think it has to do with having to PRESS the knob into the unit before selecting the setting? I'm not a hundred percent sure, but it's disappointing that it isn't clear why the element stopped heating when changing heat levels.
