Four months old and protective covering peeled off around knobs. Four years later front left burner stopped working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this in March. Oven off by 25 degrees, burner frames not level at all pans flop, do not sit straight. Asked for replacements, one sent not two, same issue, with the replacement. After making three calls, and waiting approx 1/2 hour before I could get to speak to someone, and not having success, I have given up. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this entire situation. New stove, and at the age of 88, I have to be extremely careful when using.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

get one with what money I had. It may not have all the bells and whistles but hey I have a stove
top that works and an oven that works. I will not use the bottom drawer broiler due to
my age as I cannot get down that low but that does not matter to me.
I have a toaster oven that broils for me. I do love how easy the top around the burners is to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of owning this Range, it well worth the money, the features are simple to understand, set up was also easy including adjusting the burners, clean up is a breeze, and being black in color hides accidents such as boil overs, its a win win all around, dont forget the warranty as well !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using our new range for over 4 months now and really enjoy its features. The oven does a wonderful job turning out our Sunday roasts, my granddaughter's birthday cake and even my homemade pizzas. Top of the range cooking provides even, thorough cooking that's definitely faster than my last range. I love how easily it all cleans up without the need for special, expensive cleaners. As much as we are content with our new range, there are 2 things that would make it perfect. I would have liked to have a light in the oven. And the stovetop grates definitely need to be improved. I don't mind one grate per side. However, the fact that there's no stable way to keep pots and pans from slipping off the grate during the cooking process is scary. If the cookware gets too close to the edge, it will slip off the grate. At the very least, it could cause a huge clean up job and loss of food. But in the worst case scenario, a child could get hurt. That's why I couldn't give a 5 star rating. It's a shame really because it's a really good range for those of us that no longer want to contend with all the "bells and whistles" of the ranges of recent years, that fail in 3 or so years including all the big names!. (Hmmm, done on purpose?) We are happy with our purchase and if and when we should need to buy another, Amana is the brand we'll be looking at. But that might take a while. Thanks!

Enjoy Our Stove
