It is already starting to glitch out and it froze on me and would not shut off or turn on. I’ve only had it seven days and only used it for work on my desk. Probably like three hours a day.

Great computer for all my needs. I didn't give 5 stars because it is not "idiot" friendly. While it does guide you on how to set up most items, there are too many options and programs that are not self-evident. I am still learning this machine, having only used it for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very happy. I have not had an ASUS before so the learning curve is steep for me. If you want an "affordable" machine that will let you do what you need and play games - this works!

Decent laptop. Not a gamer but gaming laptops seem to have best specs. HDMI stopped working about 18 months after purchase. Still trouble shooting, I don’t do anything fancy. Nor do I treat it very harsh.
