I love this laptop. It does get a little warm in the center, but I went online and ASUS clarified that this does hold the proper temperature despite having a warm spot. I cross checked in the control panel. I am not a gamer, I got this for the durability. I did purchase a cooling fan to put underneath it and it does help. I would recommend in future models, possibly having more top ventilation. Other than that, it already my favorite and I am so excited to have it. Thank you!

The laptop itself is great. The only problem I had was understanding what some of the options did. My previous laptop was a HP so I wasn't expecting as many control options as what this one has and I wish they were a little easier to understand.

To resolve the issue, please check if Windows is up to date since Microsoft rolls out periodic updates that are required to keep the laptop in normal operating mode. Keeping Windows and drivers updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If this step was already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. Also, while accessing web applications, please ensure the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor, or unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance.
