Good basic range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range came with my new house. It has worked really well, just wish it had a middle burner on top. I know this is a basic range and for that, it is a good range.

Faulty Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand new range came with the purchase of my new build home. I have yet to be able to use the oven because of consistent issues with it. The oven does not maintain heat. When you preheat the oven, it takes a long time to get to the desired temperature, then once it reaches the temperature the oven is unable to maintain it and you hear the flickering sounds of the igniter trying to reheat the oven. Had a tech come out, they inform me they need to replace the igniter. One week later the part comes in and the tech tries to repair, to no avail. Now it's the main board that needs to be replaced. I am going on one month without being able to use of this brand new oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a very old senior with very little computer knowledge and no children or grandchildren to teach me. I have requested several times that I be mailed a user manual. It gets promised but nothing ever arrives so have no idea how some of the features on the gas range work.
