[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a 15 year old range. Really like the grates so can slide pots across with fear of tipping. Oven is large and can hold all I need to cook at one time.
Grates are heavy so hope don't have to clean under them often.

So far so good, BUT.....

Only have had this installed for 36 hours and I like it so far, BUT the owners manual is not an operations manual and there is no operations manual online that I can find. I need an explanation of the controls and I also need the sound at the end of the timer to be louder. I am certainly not stupid but I would like detail on the keep warm (whatt temp, how long?) or the delay start. What about the frozen settings? It is not detailed enough for someone who like to use all the features! And the low level beep for the timer is awful, I have to be in the same room to hear it. I bake A LOT and cannot stand around waiting for the sound. My last Whirlpool was 7 years old and I loved that timer volume.
