Great idea, very poor quality

I purchased this in May 2024 and it is already broken with absolutely normal use. The strap, which is intended to be used to help maintain a grip on the phone, has broken internally and is only held in place by a small layer of silicone. I never once used the kickstand feature and only used the strap to hold my phone and it snapped. That was apparently enough to break it. It speaks to a poor design that cannot handle the main function of which it was designed to perform.
I wanted to love this case. I have a neuromuscular disease that causes my grip to be unstable. Finding a case with a strap built in was amazing. However, this was so poorly put together that it fell apart in such a short amount of time. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The color is blah. The adjustable slide part is difficult to move. I hate it but Samsung wouldn't let me return it.

Case did not last long enough for the price. After about 2 months the edges started flaking and peeling off. Very disappointed in this case
