Terrible durability - Very disappointing

Good microwave yet a mechanical piece of plastic broke in the door after 3+ years. Of course out of warranty and cost to repare is higher than replace.
Poor durability and not worth the value.

Don't ever buy Samsung appliances!

I have had this microwave for less than year. It has quit working three times. I'm going on 3 weeks this time without a working microwave because of an SE error. The part has not been shipped from Samsung. Samsung warranty service is horrific. There is zero communications. I took a day off of work for an appointment. No one showed up, so I called and they had made a different appointment. This happened twice. I bought two Samsung stoves and refrigerators 18 months ago and. I wish I could return them. Don't buy SAMSUNG appliances. I own rental properties and never have an issue with parts and repairs on other major brands, such as Whirlpool and GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
