Most Consistent Exercise

I have had the Aviron for over 6 months now. I think this is the most consistent exercise I have ever had. AND, Consistence is the Key to Progress!!
Although I wouldn't have considered myself as someone who really needed to lose a lot of weight, but losing a little was beneficial. I lost about 15 pounds, and now seeing I'm getting stronger as I continue, too.

There are coached programs to learn your rowing technique, which are especially helpful for beginners to learn the correct form. but also I'm going through the Max Power Plan as well to help with rowing stronger.
The multiple variety of programs such as games, the power plays, and the guided programs keep things interesting. You can do these on your own, or with others in live group rows.
The leaderboards for the games, programs, and overall output is helpful to keep you motivated if you are competitive.
Aviron continues with multiple updates, and listens to the community, and looks to add suggestions to their list for future updates.
The machine is very high quality, and put that together with everything you can do with the programs, the encouraging community, and especially if you are the competitive type, YOU will be glad you chose AVIRON!!

Amazing!

I have had my Aviron for 3 months now. I love using it every time I get on it and that 343000 meters so far! It keeps engaged, the monthly challenges are a great motivator and the community is fantastic! If you are on the fence about getting this, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this!

Is it worth the money? Without a doubt.
If you can afford this rower it’s like nothing else.

Let me sway you….a gym membership will cost you $80 -$100 a month, a good personal trainer will cost you $80 per hour. Right now the rower and membership will cost you just shy of $2500 if you have two people using it, it’s less expensive than a gym membership and personal trainer. We love the (Austin) workouts and there is SO much content.
My wife and I can’t wait to get on this machine after work (almost everyday) trust me it becomes addictive.
We’ve had a stationary bike, elliptical, I’ve done one on one training for years (before the pandemic) and paid into gym memberships that I rarely used.

I can’t say enough about this machine. It is for all ages and all fitness levels. I got this machine just before I turned 59 as a low impact form of cardio to compliment my powerlifting. I had to get away from cardio because the impact was starting to get to my joints. I absolutely love this machine and do mostly the games—they are so engaging you don’t realize how long you have been on it. But this machine also offer rowing while streaming content from top streaming networks, along with great guided row programs and coach lead program which are great for beginners and up. This company also goes above and beyond for their customers and support, which I have used, is second to none. Highly recommend this rower.

Excellent workout!

I’ve never loved working out, but near the end of 2020 I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes. I decided on rowing to get a full body workout that wouldn’t aggravate the lower back pain I was experiencing at the time. I originally thought I wanted a Hydrow, but I stumbled across the Aviron and really liked how it could fold away when I wasn’t using it. Fast forward 2 years later and I’m still loving my machine. I row almost every day and I’ve been able to lose 75 pounds and keep it off. You won’t find better customer service anywhere and Aviron is constantly releasing new content to keep me engaged. Without a doubt Aviron and rowing have become my exercise soul mate - I highly recommended this product.

I've been using my aviron for almost a year now, and I LOVE IT! There are so many different workouts and games and just things to do that it's perfect for any level of ability.
Want to be competitive against the aviron world? BAM all kinds of video games to track your scores on. Want to watch TV while doing it? BAM several streaming apps that you can log in to your normal account and watch your favorite shows while burning calories. I could keep going.
They quality of the machine itself is phenomenal, everything is sturdy, sleek, and strong. The machine is so quiet compared to others I've used.
Customer service is top notch, they are so quick to fix issues and help you out.
Finally, the Facebook community is unmatched. The shirt you get from everyone in there is beyond compare.

I love my Aviron!! When my knees required me to give up sports a few years ago, I started looking for something low-impact that would still give me the competitive feel and intensity of sports. Aviron has given me that and so much more.
There is endless content to choose from at every intensity! Killer sprints, leisurely river rows, interval training, video games, streaming, coached programs, join live rows, or scheduled group rows, discord options...I could go on and on!
Aviron itself is an amazing company that stays connected and interested in us. They regularly update the rower based on our requests, and customer service is a dream!
If you really want to get a feel for Aviron, get on the Facebook page and follow the conversations. You won't find a more motivating, friendly, positive group of people anywhere else online! It's so refreshing! We're all family at Aviron and we keep each other going!

End Boring Workouts!!!

If you have a piece of workout equipment sitting in the corner that is most likely covered in clothes - and you're currently second guessing buying "yet another clothes rack", do not worry, YOU WON'T BE! I actually look forward to working out...and miss it when I don't!!!
I've purchased multiple at-home workout machines with high hopes of getting back into shape and then give up on it within a few months. The Aviron is loaded with streaming apps/games/guided programs/virtual rows in beautiful locations/etc and is always being updated with new things! This company really listens to their consumers and their updates prove it!
The ability to see other members and their stats has me checking the leader boards before and after every workout. When I'm close to passing someone else, I try to squeeze in a little bit more of a workout because the competitive spirit in me is sparked. The same rowers I'm chasing on the leader boards are also a part of the amazing FB community group and are there encouraging others to keep pushing themselves.
If you're looking for a machine and a community to help keep you accountable in your workouts... The Aviron is for you. Come join us!!
