Fun and Possibilities

I became obsessed with the design of this set as soon as it was announced. It's a creative ship with nice features. It's solid enough to play with and attractive enough to display. My goal is to eventually figure out how much of it can be motorized and turn it into a Powered-Up set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start this off by saying to fully enjoy this set, you gotta love the process of building! It took me around 8 hours total to fully complete it, but it’s super awesome and so worth it! I actually really enjoyed working on this set and putting it together, the instructions were very easy to follow. My favorite part is how a lot of the pieces move, making it an interactive experience for your guests who just HAVE to touch it as well as an awesome addition to your lego display! I can’t recommend enough, especially as a gift for those in your life who love legos and space.

One of the best sets ive ever bought

Ive always been a huge lego fan and growing up mars mission were sets that i thought had really cool vehicles with cool functions. Big me grew up and got money and they made the holy grail of mars transport. This baby can pick up and drop off any cargo you need at the lz and the crew fits perfect in the cockpit. Everything about this set is worth the money and it is soo fun to play with. Exactly the ship i would want for my mars mission. So cool i had to make an account just to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The VTOL Heavy Cargo Spaceship LT81 is a very good Lego set that is perfect for all ages. But with small children (under 6) need to support from parents for safety. The design is simple and engaging to build, yet allows the builder to work on it once in a while, or all in one go. The finished model is aesthetically pleasing and has many play features, including a cargo box and rover which both come with the set. 10/10 for this set. Would recommend it.

A fantastic set, build, and play value

The design of the VTOL and set overall are phenomenal. Being able to control it all with one thumb is genius. I was spinning in my chair whooshing it around to play with it after I finished it last night.
