This refrigerator is great for anyone who is looking for a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser but is limited in space. We love the double freezer space and there is also crushed ice option along with regular ice. It is SUPER silent, you can barely hear the ice refilling. Water filter is easy to replace. The look is elegant and smooth and easy to open, even though there are no handles. The doors also shut well and include a smooth signal if left open. It also includes a wifi feature where you can connect directly with an LG technician who can diagnose any issues through your phone and a smart speaker installed in the fridge. Temperature of refrigerator and freezer are easy to adjust and cool evenly. Easy to clean. We got more then what we expected out of a refrigerator!!!

1. Only one of the two doors has a soft-close mechanism. One door is nice, the other slams shut
2. I've had 2 service calls in 2 months.
3. It doesn't get down to temperature - set at 1 degree and gets down to about 5 degrees
4. Water pump was defective
5. Skin on the doors is so thin that it easily gets dings
6. Massive door hinges on top - make sure you measure your opening well - just because you had another 33" fridge doesn't mean this we'll even come close to fitting.
7. Door adjustments don't really doo much.
8. Once your LG product is out-of-warranty you still have to go through LG to get service - LG will not sell parts to the local guys.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits a tight space well with no handles looks good

The right side door doesn't close properly and you have to manually push it shut. A big design flaw because the left door automatically closes because there is a water and ice dispenser. We've had the right door replaced three times! Then, we were told of the design flaw and it still doesn't hang correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of the only counter depth fridges with a water dispenser. Just had my RO water guy hook a line into the fridge, no issues. This fridge has some minor smart features but not too over the top to have unneccessary technological issues. Added to my household thinQ system of products. Overall I love the design and it’s super quiet and I also heard good things about the fridge motor. Great fridge!

After almost 22 months of owning this Refrigerator we have NO regrets what so ever. Quiet. Everything works well. Very happy with it.

I review any of my major appliance purchases every year for six years just fyi and hope more people take the cue and start to do so also. Set a reminder on your calendar and take the time to help others. Let's face it, a one month review is useless especially for a major appliance.
I am only on one week with this LG LRMXC1803S refrigerator and got a crazy phenomenal deal on a floor model with full warranty.
Water filter was missing but the retailer replaced it no questions asked. Plug for water filter also missing but still looking into that as retailer told me LG does not provide a plug/bypass. If any of you know different please let me know. I live in area with great water quality so do not care to have a filter.

That being said, the left door slams shut, the right door has to be physically closed with a push. The door alarm is quiet and not annoying at all {aka useless}.
Refrigerator is huge. Bought it to replace another 33" wide fridge with similar options. Thankfully it fit. Other ppl complaining are definitely right. If you have a tight fit by pass this one
Icemaker is awesome. Very quick. crushed/cubes. good quality.
Also have to say the fridge is quiet but remember I am comparing to the ten year old one I replaced.
ThinQ connected pretty much seamlessly but also not sure it will amount to any value.
Overall, I will say I am happy with the purchase at this point and would mildly recommend.

Only minor problem was instructions said it would take 24 hours to make ice it took over 48hours. And I spent a time talking to LG service etc trying to find out what was wrong.
