Yet another awesome Lego build!

I am absolutely obsessed with all the Harry Potter legos! They exceed my expectations with the level of detail each set has! The sorting has also includes the sword of gryffindor and the hat truly talks and I just love it so much!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well, the build went smoothly. Was excited to hear it talk, finished it and no sound!! Checked back through everything, but could not find anything wrong. Very upset!!

Not up to standard.

I was very excited about the Talking Sorting Hat, but once it arrived, I was disappointed. It wasn't as large as I thought, it wasn't as much fun to build as the other Harry Potter sets, and I feel like I paid too much for a set this small, even if it had the battery-powered talking mechanism. I was also irritated to see that it was in a push-down-to-open box, which I despise. Tape it! This was the most disappointing Harry Potter set I've ever built.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
