Great Microwave

This is the second Sharp microwave that I have owned. The first one expired after a long 8 years so, I had to purchase an upgrade from Sharp. This microwave is great. It is sleek and fits in the same slot as my older Sharp microwave. Worth every penny.

Pleased with the drawer microwave. Saves space in kitchen. Provided a cleaner looking cabinetry and have all the functions needed in unit.

Not living up to the hype!!!!!

I bought the microwave less than 6 months ago. About 60 days ago, I started to notice short pauses in it's operation. It would literally just stop, the keyboard completely unresponsive, for a few seconds at a time. The frequency and duration of this problem has increased. I called the Sharp support line and opened an incident. I even sent video of the stoppages and keyboard lockouts to the support team. I have received literally ZERO feedback. I'm incredibly disappointed in the product and the support I'm getting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great appliance but not as good as my old one that lasted 13 years. Doesn’t seem to heat or warm things as fast as my previous one.
