Everything works great on this model except the turntable, which is what I bought it for. Was skipping brand new records right out of the shrink wrap. Was playing some old records fine, some skipped. Seemed totally random. Troubleshooted with company about turning the screw a quarter of a turn, try again, again until record plays normal. I tired all day and nothing made it better. They sent me a replacement, no charge. New one did the exact same thing even after playing with the screw again. The record bed itself seems warbly on this model, idk how to describe it but this part of the machine is cheap. Everything else (radio, bluetooth, CD player) works great and it's a very cute model. Just wish I hadn't spent a ton on records before I got it.

The initial unit cassette wasn’t working, but Victrola support came through with a new unit and it’s fantastic! Sound is clear from the speakers, cassette, records, Bluetooth, and radio are all solid. The cabinet looks really nice, old style with the new features. Very happy!

I was absolutely amazed my 6-in-1 Nostalgic Bluetooth Record player arrived in 3 days of being ordered. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and arrived in sufficient time. I own one & my daughter wanted one just like mine. I absolutely love that you can play record albums, CD’s or cassette tapes & is equipped with Bluetooth as well!! Very pleased from beginning to end, from ordering online to receiving the package in 3 days!!! Way to go Victrola we will certainly be doing business with you again!!

I am so happy with my new Victrola 6 in 1!!! Received as a gift for Christmas. Very stylish and easy to use. Works great!! Love that it has so many options/ways to listen to music!! Couldnt wait to finally hear some Ac/Dc on vinyl record! Also love that it stops spinning when record is finished, so it dosent ruin the needle. Ill have to get some extra speakers for it thgh. Had volume past half way, and was crackling a bit. Speakers are not the best very loud, & they do not have much bass either. But the only way to listen to music is LOUD!!! Nice machine!! Only thing its missing is an 8 track player!

Wife was so excited to open this presant. Looks great and sounds great only problem is the cd door was broken when we opened it and the records skip. THe albums we are playing are the new ones we bought from you. The CD door one of the pins is broke off.

Great… until the internal parts start to fail

Was great up until my record player stopped working bc of a failure to the motor and is irreplaceable since they don’t sell any replacements for this unless or the needle or belt which sucks. I got this a few years ago for a birthday present from my parents and I wished it still worked but now I have nothing to do with it but put it away in storage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is just a toy record player, IMO. I’m having issues with the cue level. The support team told me this model doesn’t have one!
They need to be familiar with their products, VTA-200B, specifically.
After turning “Screw B” clockwise, the turntable still slides around inside the unit. Too much movement.
Returning to Kohl’s Department store.
