I have had it for 2 days now. I have not hooked up to WiFi yet. Easy set up. AMAZING video and picture. Needed tech support for a simple question took 35 min for them to answer. Tech support was awesome and very helpful. The only bad thing I can find with this system is the camera mounts and swivels. You can’t do a down angle and pan right or left. You can only pan left or right. Or pan up or down. Not both at the same time. I also have a wired camera system and on those cameras you can angle them both directions at the same time which makes for better placement. So for these night owl cameras I used a wood wedge on the back of the mount to get my down angle so the camera could pan to either side. Otherwise this systems quality is by far very good

Over all I'm pleased with how well this wireless system works, I was worried that with a brick home it would have problems getting signals to the base unit but so far its picking up a clean feed 80 to 90 feet away through brick. The only reason i give it 4 star and not 5 is software for cms connect partially working, I get a clean live feed but playback of an event does not work. I have latest versions of android and cms software reinstalled and checked all settings still only plays back events some of the time so mabey they will keep working on software development. Playback on base unit works without problem.

This is an upgrade to an smaller system we've had for years. The cameras from the old system are compatible with this one and it works great. Have contacted customer service a few times with questions and they are very responsive.

I received my system a couple weeks ago and got it installed. The cameras are nice, images are clear and crisp, and there are many things that can be configured with the system giving a lot of flexibility. Out of the box my cameras were not pre-paired to the receiver, so nothing worked. The install guide and online videos didn't help. I did an online chat with Support and they walked me through the pairing process. The Support team was great and the pairing process was easy but it was frustrating that I had to go that step. My other ding on the system is that the configuration interface is very old school. At this point, I would have expected to be able to use a web browser on a laptop to configure the system.
