Camera system

As of now I’m not very happy with this product. None of the instructions match the system so I’m struggling to get things worked as I expected. Can understand the people at the helpless desk so I’m trying on my own and what I can find on YouTube. Also the app doesn’t work correctly, supposedly the app team is working to repair so it does. We will see. Would not be a very favorable review at the moment if I did one.

100ft Ethernet cable

Love it. I was able to run it through the house easily. Out and burrier it in a 6-7 inch trench. Ran it all the way to the garage and connected my router directly into the dvr connected to my camera. Works like a charm. Just to reboot the system after that and it has worked perfectly ever since.

I received this wire

I purchased this coax but never set camera up with it . Just used the Cat wire they sent with camera to run a few feet to set up. I only set up 1 camera to be sure just one worked. Well it did for a short time but then it didn’t . Talk with several tech support people and was told by one guy I can’t help you unless you have laptop or computer. I will need to get into your computer and fix your setup for Lorex. Well I didn’t have one so I just hung up. When I called back I talked with someone that had alittle sense and figured it all out. My nvr was defected. Then I ask what would they do ? he said we will replace it. Then I ask to help me set sound then I was told you have NO Audio on your cameras. I paid for these on false pretense ! I was told it had 2 way audio, siren,alarm and it sounded so good! Now I am very upset! I paid for a camera! No sound!

I installed the system and am very, VERY happy with the results. Great product.
I would suggest including an owner's manual for DIY people like me but very happy with the product.

Installing a CCTV system in the Toledo Firefighter Museum. It's a 93 year old building and having these cables has allowed us to run some of the cable on the outside of the building making it an easier install.
