Installing a CCTV system in the Toledo Firefighter Museum. It's a 93 year old building and having these cables has allowed us to run some of the cable on the outside of the building making it an easier install.

I received this wire

I purchased this coax but never set camera up with it . Just used the Cat wire they sent with camera to run a few feet to set up. I only set up 1 camera to be sure just one worked. Well it did for a short time but then it didn’t . Talk with several tech support people and was told by one guy I can’t help you unless you have laptop or computer. I will need to get into your computer and fix your setup for Lorex. Well I didn’t have one so I just hung up. When I called back I talked with someone that had alittle sense and figured it all out. My nvr was defected. Then I ask what would they do ? he said we will replace it. Then I ask to help me set sound then I was told you have NO Audio on your cameras. I paid for these on false pretense ! I was told it had 2 way audio, siren,alarm and it sounded so good! Now I am very upset! I paid for a camera! No sound!
