36 inch range

We just had the 36 inch range installed. It replaced a Jennair range. I’m so please with this new range. We replaced or other range due to the long time it would take for the over to preheat and the multiple hot spots. This range’s over is fantastic heats up quickly and keeps an even temp in all ares of my oven. Love it.

Quality gas range

Bought in March 2025. Excellent product so far. First time purchasing a "higher end" gas range and so far it has been operating as it should. It has powerful burners, spacious oven, heavy duty knobs, and sleek stainless steel finish. I have a small issue with the oven control buttons, sometimes I have to repeatedly press them to adjust/change oven temp or start oven. I also have a small issue, that I don't believe is a product quality issue but more of an installation issue. The oven door handle was loose, it was not tightened enough during installation for it to stay in place. Within 4 months, one side came off but my husband was able to use a hex key to tighten the door handle and seems like that fixed the issue. I have no experience with customer service yet, therefore the rating is 4/5 stars

Excellent array of cooking features

My Thor Range has all of the desired cooking features that I require from multiple burner functions to a versatile oven. When compared to my other home’s DCS range, the Thor is much easier to clean after use and has more options in applying heat. A great vale when compared to other brands

Great Range

We bought this range a month ago to replace our aging one. The six burners are great and the stove gets up to temperature quickly. Lighting the burners are easy, but operating the oven takes a little getting used to.

I bought this a couple of days ago and it meets all five star reviews! Best Buy ever does not compare to my old stove at all. Very spacious oven and 6 burners makes cooking fast.
