Great oven and stove!

We purchased a new build and this was the range we picked out. We absolutely love it. We do have one issue with the front middle burner, where it makes a high pitch noise between medium and low heat. The place we purchased it at is giving us a run around so we are going to reach out to Thor. We love the oven and stove, it cooks well, although the lowest setting can run a bit high heat, especially on a smaller pan. Will update the rating once we have our issues resolved

I BOUGHT 2 DAYS AGO THE ASERIES30"IN 4 BURNERS GAS RANGE.BUT THE KNOBS ARE PLASTIC INSTEAD OF BEING METAL AND THERE IN NO PARTS AVAILABLE IF BREAKS.HOPE THEY CORECT THIS PARTS

This is a handsome addition to my kitchen and I look forward to using it for many years, I just wish you had included a Use and Care information sheet. My daughter had to help me contact you. I am not tech savvy, so this is an added burden to me.

Almost Perfect

I wanted a high performing, straight forward, and beautiful oven, without all the extraneous elements and WIFI components that almost every range has these days. Be aware that the sides are black, not stainless steel, so it’s meant to be placed between countertops, not free standing. This range is simple but stunning and looks gorgeous in my kitchen. My complaint is the convection oven which is incredibly loud. I wasn’t able to find a fully gas range and oven in my price range so I’m not happy about the outlandish noise. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but it won’t be my forever oven because of this.
