We purchased the Gordon Ramsey edition 36" electric range and microwave oven.
These are working great, cooking temperatures are perfect.
Very pleased with quality and appearance.

This oven came with the purchase of our house. It looked awesome until we used it. The burners do not work correctly, the oven ranges from 25 to 75 degrees hotter than it shows. Not a good oven so far in my opinion. Also we get the run around just trying to find how to file a claim.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our new Thor range was installed this week and the whole family has lived cooking with it. I am pinching myself at the pro style look it has, but at such an affordable price!

I put Thor in all of our new construction houses. Ive not had any issues or complaints.
The only thing, Thor, on this product… if you could make the anti tip bracket for either side and adjustable so its flush. Thanks!

We bought this oven/stove in October of 2024. It has not worked accurately from the beginning. One of the large burners on top takes over 1 hour to boil water-if not longer. The oven temperature is eratic with buns burning black in 15 minutes and other times taking 45 minutes. We’ve been waiting for months for parts and our small business can’t afford to buy something else. Do not buy this oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
