I got this product last Saturday, and I have been experiencing nothing but issues since I unboxed it after I got home. Sometimes the earbuds just pauses the music for no reason, or even one ear just stops working. Since last week, I have been using several troubleshooting methods, but none seem to work or even last long. Today, making it a week, I experienced another where it now only plays music and not audio from other apps. and this confuses me cause no settings have been changed at all and the earbuds are always fully charged and up-to-date (in terms of software update). I'm honestly frustrated at this point i dont think i can even recommend this product or the brand to anyone else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly what I wanted!!

For me these are exactly what I was looking for. I'm a late convert to the ear buds without the cord of any kind. I'm a Samsung user as is my husband and he has Samsung ear buds. I do NOT like his. Did not fit my ears. Liked the look of the Apple ear buds. I put a purchase on the back burner. Then one day I came across these online and did some research and thought okay those look good. And they were on Sale!!! $40 off!!! So they are now in my possession. Very easy to pair and connect. Sound us great...again in my opinion. Nice bass, which I like as I listen to music allll day. I'm still getting used to the way in which one controls these kind of ear buds but I'll learn. In my opinion BEST $60 I've ever spent on a headphone accessory.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect design, the case takes a very long to die, and the design is also very cool. I wish the transparency mode would be better on these but it's there and it's decent so all in all good earbuds and a nice sound. Also great battery life on the earbuds itself

Not Worth Buying. Think Again!!

I've been using this product for 2 years and I regret buying it. First of all, after the use of 4 month it started throwing connectivity problems and either of the earbud drained quickly. I replaced the product and the other set were having noise cancelation issue. While traveling in bus, when I was on call, the other person was not able to here me and this issue continues till date. Please go with OnePlus Buds or some reputed brand instead. Thanks

DO NOT BUY - Right bud will never pair

I ignored the many identical reviews to my detriment. What garbage. First off, it's so hard to actually grip these earbuds to get them out of the case. Once out, the Left bud immediately enters pairing mode and will pair but the Right bud just goes dead. Brief light while in the case, then nothing ever again. No amount of taps or holds or resets or unpairing or restarting or in/out of the case, standing on my head, singing O Canada will make this thing respond. Tried all the Redditt tips because there is NO help from the app - like why should I have to "troubleshoot" in the first place, let alone get troubleshooting tips from a group of frustrated strangers? Waste of my time. Hopefully not waste of money as I plan to return these ASAP.
