The whole process was very easy and the staff (via chat) were very helpful and kind. Order was delivered in no time at all and the product itself is amazing. I used to have sciatic nerve pain, but not any longer :D

More than we could have asked for

I had to work to convince my wife to get this bed. What sold her was that we had 101 days to try it and if we didn’t like it, we could send it back. She was skeptical the first few days, until she realized that she was falling asleep within 10 or 15 minutes of laying down. What used to be a struggle is now almost instantaneous. I also love the bed and love how cool it stays. We will forever be fans and customers.

I've had the ghost bed about a month . I find it a bit firm and I can't get comfortable. Hopefully this will change SOON !!!!

I've had this bed for about a month now and I have noticed a much better quality of sleep. I used to not be able to sleep on my right side, but now I have no issue! The build quality is fantastic, the delivery was fast, and the pillows smell like heaven! I would highly recommend this bed.

The mattress is the perfect amount of firmness with a softer top. I love it. I was hesitant about the pillows because in the past I had memory foam pillows that were too stiff. These Ghost Pillows are life changing. Also, the box made a great toy for the kids for a few days until recycles were picked up. :) Super pleased with the whole experience.

Been sleeping soundly and waking up to no aches and pains for the past month. It was an easy purchase and easy to set up. I would say "Pain Free experience" and so much better than my 15 year old mattress. If you like the pillow top, it may take some getting used to. I still may purchase a mattress cover with a little more cushion because that is what I was used to but my husband loves it just the way it is; and the longer I go without sinking deep in a cushion the less I miss it. My body sure doesn't miss it. No shoulder or hip pain since I switched.

I think the mattress may be to firm. Everything about it was easy to order and set up, but it may not be the one.
