Highly recommend trying this bed and pillows! There is no risk but major rewards. The best sleep imaginable!

Could not get comfortable

Not sure why, but neither of us could get comfortable on this bed. Think to firm, yet the sides gave too much. We tried on the floor, and on the old box springs and nothing worked. I have never had back problems till I slept on this bed. This bed is simply not for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great bed, great customer service

We've had the bed for about 3 weeks now and couldn't be happier. Best bed we've ever had. First one was shipped to us with a minor defect, customer service had a replacement out to us in a week, can't complain and won't let the defect sour this review.

Probably the best mattress I’ve ever had. I especially love how cool it stays, which is really important since I cannot sleep when I’m too hot.
