First bed purchase doesn’t disappoint

Have always had hand me downs and was ready for a new mattress. Also got the adjustable base which I do not regret at all. The nightly massage at bedtime is great, the side USB ports and of course adjusting the mattress is ideal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delivery

The product was ok but the deliverary process was less than adequate. The base came one day, the cover for the mattress two days later and finally three days later the mattress finally came. They were all ordered at once but using the same delivery tracking code they were delivered on three separate days. The delivery process debacle shadows the product chance of success completely!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't say we are terribly happy about the bed. We are actually looking to see if there are better options for us. My husband sleeps hot and we read reviews indicating this bed helps one stay cool at night. I was never one to sleep hot myself but am finding myself sleeping without any sheets at night because the bed hold in so much heat. We will likely be returning the bed as we are sleeping worse on this mattress than our previous mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
