Very good customer service. After a short break-in period the bed has become very comfortable. It's a bit "soft" when sitting on the edge, but not too bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new mattress

This is the second foam mattress I have owened and so far it is my favorite. I’ve been sleeping on it for a couple of months now and love the difference between my old softer mattress and this firm one. I am most definitely sleeping sounder and for longer periods.
My husband and I are in our mid-seventies and we were able to get it in the house and up 16 steps to the upstairs. It was slow going but we did it. We put it on top of our guest bed to flatten out for a few days and then we got it accross the hallway to our room.
I am so glad that I chose a Ghost Bed mattress. I had never heard of them but read a good review in Consumer Reports and decided to go for it. I can honestly say that I am sleeping better than I have in many years.

We’ve gotten a pretty good nights sleep since purchasing the ghost bead. It’s a little firm but we are ok with that.

It’s a nice bed, but it was just way too firm for me. It made my back pain worse, actually. I loved the pillows, though!
