Still making a decision

We have slept on the bed for 30 days, and it is hard. So hard we were on the brink of returning the mattress. Customer Service intervened and offered a mattress topper for a plush feel. We just received and slept on it last night. Much better. I want to sleep on it a little longer for full review. I am giving 4 stars more for Customer Service at this time than the bed.

I have never been so disappointed. this bed of fluff is a joke if you have a bad back. i ordered two of the mattresses by mistake but they were guaranteed if you don't love them you can return them after 101 days. this is a bate and switch game they run on you but they have the right name ghost cause when it all goes to hell in a handbag they got their money and they are out of here and you are stuck
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hands down the best mattress on the market. After the 2-week breakin, this is the very best sleep my wife and I have had in years. Cannot beat the price and absolute value of this amazing mattress. You won't regret getting one!!

Both my wife and I love our Ghostbed. It arrived quickly and was easy to unpack and set up. Very comfortable for both of us. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely LOVE my GhostBed! My husband, myself, and our husky and morkie sleep on this together and it offers great support while still shaping to your body slightly, relieving pressure points without feeling like you’re sinking into the mattress. Can’t say enough good things about it!

I still toss and turn to get comfortable and wake up with occasional hip pain. Not bad by any means but not as amazing as I expected.
