Sleeps a bit too soft for me.

Not trying to write a bad review, honestly, it was probably more of a technical misunderstanding on behalf of myself, but, the wording on the shipment notifications were confusing to me as I thought the bed was being shipped within 24hrs of my order, so after inadvertently keying in conflicting mailing and shipping address, even after correcting, I still had to call the company to clarify when my bed was actually being delivered, as well as the fed ex app..
. I did receive bed and set it up all by myself, I am 5'4" and 125# woman, albeit, strong for myself, I did manage to put the box spring together and hoist the mattress on top to unfold. As far as the box spring instructions, I don't know why they couldn't go ahead and label the right and left sides.
I have NOT slept on it every night since I got it because I have to stay other locations. With that said, it is pretty firm and I'm still getting use to that, I don't sleep Real soundly very often, so it's hard to tell what's me and what's the bed. I didn't get the pillows either and wonder if they would compliment the bed and help my sleeping process. All in all I still feel it's a good purchase.

i went from a Sleep Number Bed for 8 years to this Ghost Bed. I prefer firm and my husband soft. I was skeptical about the Ghost Bed, but i am happy with the firmness and my husband is still working on his side getting a little softer, haha after all its still a new bed and probably hasnt reached its full dependability

I am 21 weeks pregnant and this gives me the support I need for my back! Plus I went from being a wake 1.5-2 hours every night down to 1 hour and it is still dropping!

Matress is definitely on the firm side and has excellent support. The gel memory foam has minimal give. There is very little sink to the matress when lay on it. I placed mine on slats and it feels fine. Ghostbed recommends a flat surface(plywood) which is what is recommended for most foam mattresses, Overall I am pleased with the purchasing process direct through the company and they had it here in 3 days. I most likely will keep the matress and will likely add an additional cotton cover to matress to explore a smoother finish to the surface versus the factory finish. If you are looking for an excellent supportive matress like me then this would be a superb choice. Do forget you have a 100 nights free to test your ghostbed.
