Giving it a chance

I haven't had the bed for long, so I'm giving it a full month at least but right now I'm waking up aching with this mattress. I'm hoping I'll get used to it and love it like so many others but right now it's a bit rough. It's fairly comfortable, if a bit firmer than I expected, when I first lay down but I wake up aching and with my back muscles tense.
I was pretty impressed with the customer service though, as my mattress never arrived and they were relatively quick about getting me a new one. Of course, understandably they wanted to investigate it first but once they got it done I received the mattress the next day after shipping it. I would rate customer service at a 5 stars, but the mattress at this point is just scraping by a 2.
Like I said though, I'm hoping I just haven't adjusted yet because I really want to love this mattress. I'll update my review after I've had it a full month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt this is the best bed I've ever had. I refuse to believe there is a better value for your money anywhere else.

My husband and I haven’t ever slept this well. If you’re on the fence about the pillows... get them! They actually arrived a few days before the mattress and they made a huge difference

This is my first bed of this kind. I was skeptical at first but went ahead and bought it. It's definitely one of my best investments so far. I sleep better with it.
