Too Firm

I have tried to access the return policy. Told I needed to wait 30 days. Its been 22 days.....I tried really hard to love this bed but its just too firm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Protector Worth it, Maintains Comfort

Cover is easy to put on the mattress, is soft and doesn't affect the mattress feel. Fits mattress perfectly, so no bunching of extra fabric. Definitely worth it to protect this awesome mattress.

I am a believer. I love this bed. I have never slept so well. Ultra-supported, while comfy, and stays cool. If I could go back in time and buy this bed again, I would do it over and over again, just to have the feeling of my first good sleep in years all over again.

I was skeptical about just how comfortable the Ghostbed was after hearing a good friend rave about it. However, in the end, I decided to trust his opinion, and I could not be happier that I did! I bed is soft, yet firm, giving and supporting in perfect balance for me. This is by far the best bed I've purchased, or slept on without exception!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard as a rock

The name "Ghost Bed" would indicate that you hardly know it is there. Well when you are sleeping on concrete, the only thing you hardly know that is there is the hours of sleep you get. My wife and I have never slept worse and we are haunted by our decision to purchase this bed.

The bed is fine, there were 2-3 white washers that were broke, an I can't get the slide bolts in an locked. The holes don't line up. I haven't found it to be a problem, just hope it stays that way!!
