1st the customer service is impeccable, by phone, live chat or email. They stand behind their sales and products. The queen mattress is wonderful. It has improved both my wife's and my sleep. We no longer wake-up in the middle of the night. We awake refreshed with no back or shoulder pain. We are so pleased, we just purchased 2 full mattresses. It only took 1 week from store to door. Awesome! Cant wait for the pillows.

The overall product is fair. However, the platform for the king was a mess. Warped boards, cracked boards made it almost
Impossible to properly assemble. Not worth the cost. The mattresses are nice. The only issue is the sides collapse. They need to be stronger. When you sit in the side of the bed...you fall off.

Due to hurricane Harvey I wasn't able to get mattress to grand daughter in Texas till this weekend and they seem to love it.

Better fit than Leesa

I initially had a hard time deciding between Leesa and GhostBed, but decided to try to Leesa first. Both my wife and I found it to be too soft for our backs. Concerned that a memory foam mattress might not be a good fit, we decided to try to go to Concerned that a memory foam mattress might not be a good fit, we decided to try the GhostBed before giving up. It has been about two months and this mattress is the perfect fit for both of us.

Great Product, BedFrame wood cuts are trash

The pillows are amazing! The Bedframe was a piece of trash to build, and also the wood pieces were uneven! Worst bed frame to build ever! Slanted wood pieces don't even screw together properly, not worth the money, just get a box spring elsewhere...

No more back pain!

My husband and I love this mattress! We were previously sleeping on a coil pillow top and we were both experiencing sever back pain every morning. After getting this mattress and sleeping on it for only a week we have seen a dramatic decrease in our back pain in the morning! And let me tell you once my head hits that lavender smelling pillow I am out! Could not have asked for better quality or faster shipping! We will never switch to another mattress we love our Ghostbed and pillows!

comfortable - could be firmer

The ghost bed mattress is pretty comfortable. It doesn't make me too hot while sleeping. I read reviews saying that it is on the firmer side of memory foam mattresses, but for me it could be firmer. On the first day I felt like my hips were sinking in more than I liked, but after about a week the mattress seemed to fill out more, and I sank less. Overall it is a comfortable bed and I never wake up with a back ache. I am a stomach sleeper, am 6 ft tall and about 190 lbs.
