a little firmer than what I thought I wanted. Did get used to it after a couple on nites and slept well

The first week, I found some stiffness in my back area. I added a mattress topper after the first week, to find after over a month that my joint stiffness and back stiffness from exercising, also mild arthritis are better. I expect my conditions noted to make gradual improvements over time!

Easy to set up, convenient

Easy to set up, convenient delivery and ordering and the online chat customer service was able to answer my questions before ordering. The bed is quite comfortable, even though the top is softer than I am used to and takes a little getting used to; fortunately the core foam is firm enough that I don't feel like I'm sinking in too much so I find it a good middle ground where you sink in mostly with the top layers, minimizing pressure points and the core provides a firmer support. If you sit upright in bed, it might be a bit too soft as weigjt in one spot will cause you to sink further, especially along the edges.
So far the only issues I've found is that it seems to shift on the frame a bit more than my previous mattress and I need to buy more fitted sheets for it specifically given its thickness.
