The ordering process was simple, received my bed in 4 days, I like it, not love it. Little to firm for me but it is built well. Not as cool as you are led to believe either.

Overall it's nice, much cooler than my other protector. The part that tucks under the bed is way too long and creates a sloppy appearance . Should be more form fitting

This bed saved my life

Before buying, I was sleeping on a regular pillow top mattress and it didn’t come close to the quality of the Ghost Bed. I can fall asleep within minutes and wake up hours later feeling refreshed. This has been one of the nest investments I’ve ever made.
Side note: I’m a rather large man and was worried about how memory foam would serve me, and let me tell you, this has accommodated me so well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comfortable I think the write up describing the mattress said engineering by NASA so I was like i am going to buy this up to date tech. Was sleeping on a full coil pillow top serta I got for five hundred and after ten years it sank in. With the ghostbed never lose that elasticity.

One month in and loving it so far

It took us about a week to get used to the differences between our new ghost bed and our old mattress (it is definitely firmer that our old pillowtop), but holy cow - No more backaches and bodypains! No more tossing and turning. Cheapest investment I've made for my health yet!

Customer service is excellent, quality of bed is excellent, set up was a breeze, however, not convinced this mattress is the best fit for my back problem.
