I’ve been working out 5 days a week for the past 8 months and find this equipment great in working all the muscle groups. The app is a wonderful tool for exercises.

Love love our home gym

We bought this about 6 months ago and we love it. First it was so easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together and it didn't very long. Secondly, it is so easy to switch things out. And finally, it is so smooth. We love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really like my Centr 2. I am glad it comes with the curved bar, D handles, Rope, and Belt. The belt is really useful for assisted pullups. Great beginner equipment.
