I got the Centr 1 Home gym to use in my house and it has everything that is needed for strength training. It fits perfectly in my compact space, looks great and build quality is strong. Definitely recommend to others who are looking for in home gym trainer.

Very Versatile Home Gym

I love this machine, it is functional and easily hits all muscle groups. Works well with the Centr 1 Strong program on the Centr app. Does not take up much floor space and was easy to assemble. Have seen noticeable results using this machine over the last few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this 5 days a week and follow the 9 week training program, and repeat weeks 4-9. Equipment is great for what I need, however cable sleeve have been torn from getting stuck when trying different exercises and pulleys not moving correctly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't say enough good things about this equipment. Buying a cable machine for the home can be daunting, but we landed on this one and couldn't be happier. It does everything we would expect. It's smooth to use and was really pretty easy to assemble. Highly recommend!
