Having the lid adds a whole portable dimension to the Blend Jet experience. It has a lid, however it does not allow drinking unless it is removed. This lid allows you to enjoy the Blend Jet without the hassle of removing and then closing the cup. Just slide the cover aside, sio, return the cover and go. A definite "must have"!
